Congregation of The Mother Of Carmel (C.M.C)
This is the first indigenous Religious congregation of women in India and was founded in 1866 at Koonammavu, Kerala by Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavra and Fr. Leopold Boccaro OCD, under the direction of Archbishop Bernardine OCD, the then Vicar Apostolic of Verapoly. The spirit of the Congregation is described as Bhakti Karma Yoga, as portrayed in the motto Dhyanena Madbhakta Karmana Madarpita.

Congregation of The Holy Family (C.H.F)
The Congregation of Holy Family was founded on May 14, 1914 at Puthenchira, Trichur Dt. Kerala by Blessed Mother Mariam Theresa assisted by Fr. Joseph Vithayathil. Its purpose was to Christianize families. In 1978, the Congregation gained Pontifical Status and Province-structure of administration.

Salesian Missionaries of Mary Immaculate (S.M.M.I.)
